This position will be placed in one of our sister Company in BSD - Tangerang

Job Details:

• Experience in Pet Food Industry is a MUST
• Achieve sales targets, distribution, and budget management
• Develop category or brand performance and make account specific plans with marketing and customer marketing teams to maintain and improve market share
• Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients accounts in accordance with the strategy of division and brands
• Track and monitor sales trend and competitor movements.
• Lead or participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, develop partnerships and strong relationships with the trade marketing.
• Positively resolve the conflicting demands and situations that may occur between company goals and the customer's objectives
• Sell volume and distribution by ensuring the assigned accounts carry all brands and SKUs, as well as effectively manage the accounts inventory levels by establishing minimum stock levels and selling enough volume to prevent stock-outs.
