Job Summary:

    Investment and construction company Orbita Development is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate and Investment Broker to join our team.

    Our development company has been building investment properties in Bali for the past four years. We specialize in creating high-quality, luxurious properties that offer excellent investment opportunities.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to provide real estate and investment advice, identify investment opportunities, and close deals. The primary goal of this role is to increase sales revenue by helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to provide real estate investment advice

- Identify investment opportunities based on client needs and preferences

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Negotiate deals and contracts

- Provide regular reports on investment activities and performance

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate and investments in Indonesia

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience as a real estate broker or investment advisor

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- English proficiency C1 or above, knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets

- Ideal candidate would be living in Bukit, Dreamland / Ungasan / Pecatu areas

Conditions: 

- 5 days working week from Monday to Friday

- Interesting, profitable and in demand products

- High % from closing the deals, on average our brokers earn 50 - 160 mln from one deal
