Job Summary

Takes the responsibility to work on continues improvement of machine line for optimizing capacity, quality, efficiency of the machines and the outcome of the products.   

Essential Functions

• Provide - “thinking out the box approach” - innovative and practical approach to improvements. 

• Engineering approach 

• Considers the development budget

• Organize Brainstorming sessions 

• Ensure a safe working environment 

• Solve problems and provide technical solution for continuous improvement

• Collaborate and coordinate with the production supervisor and supply chain manager

Competencies

• Engineering background on textile machineries

• Technical background on fiber and or yarn spinning

• Experience (minimum 5 years) on working on a manufacturing line/production operations 

• Fluent English spoken
