Lowongan Safety Assistant Manager di PT Linfox Logistics Indonesia

Responsibility : 

• Ensure areas of management are conducted in accordance with Corporate polices and statutory obligations for Occupational Health & Safety.
• Manage the effective Safety performance of the Business Unit (including contractors) and report performance and continuous improvement actions.
• Establish effective and measurable objectives, targets & KPIs for Business Unit as part of the internal performance evaluation process in line with the Linfox Corporate Safety Management System.
• Develop, in consultation with the sites, action plans that address identified key risks associated with the area of management responsibility.
• Promote awareness of Safety, Health, Environmental and Community practices.
• Ensure all hazards and risks are identified, evaluated and controlled in accordance with Linfox Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Coordinate annual Safety Management programs and external OHS audits.
• Contribute to the provision of a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring site plans, procedures and process changes incorporate the requirements of all Linfox Safety policies and procedures.
• Support Corporate, Business Unit and Site safety initiatives
• Investigate incidents to find route cause and contributing factors using Incident Cause Analysis Methodology (ICAM).
• Assist in maintaining Comcare Self Insurance license through coordination internal and external auditing program to ensure compliance.

Experience :

• Knowledge of Commonwealth Occupational Health & Safety Act 1991 & Regulations and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Previous experience in occupational health and safety management as a line supervisor or specialist.
• Sound knowledge of risk management methodologies and auditing processes.
• Experience in Internal and/or External Auditing and Health and Safety training.
• Demonstrated competency in strategic planning, annual planning and budget control.
• Thorough understanding of cost management principles and cost drivers in the business.
• Experience in incident investigation.
• Computer literacy.
• Highly developed communication skills.
