Job Description:

• Daily showroom checks for appropriateness and cleanliness.
• Collecting customer feedback via questionnaires after servicing and showroom visits.
• Assisting customers with transactions, addressing initial complaints, F&B requests, and other customer-related needs.
• Aiming to achieve a monthly sales target to contribute to the company's profit.
• Active participation in company events and activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Minimum 2 years work experience at equivalent.
• Having good communication, presentations skills & energetic.
• Previous experience in hospitality and customer relations are preferred.
• Fluent in English (oral and verbal).
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
