Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Supplier research and selection
- Evaluate suppliers
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
- Maintain receipts, records, purchasing data to determine purchasing needs
- Travelling to China to meet the Supplier with the Director
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a in related field
- One years of work experience in a related field preferred
- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English & Mandarin)
- Must have (basic/advanced) experience with (Microsoft Office, purchasing software)
- Must have knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Great negotiation and analytical skills
