Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Supplier research and selection
  • Evaluate suppliers
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
  • Maintain receipts, records, purchasing data to determine purchasing needs
  • Travelling to China to meet the Supplier with the Director

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a in related field
  • One years of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English & Mandarin)
  • Must have (basic/advanced) experience with (Microsoft Office, purchasing software)
  • Must have knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Great negotiation and analytical skills
