As a Finance Manager at PT Inovasi Teknologi Untung Berkah (Gently Indonesia), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will drive accurate financial insights and guide the management team in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and market expansion.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various business scenarios and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, manage inventory, and improve cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax regulations and general accounting principal/standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of financial results.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, conduct ROI analysis, and make recommendations on investment decisions.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and implement best practices.

Qualification:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Have at least 5 years of work experience in relevant role (preferably from the same industry or FMCG background)
• Have a thorough understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Have the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Having a relevant certification will be a plus
