Lowongan Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager di PT Delonix Group Indonesia

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Support CEO to development yearly business plan for hotel
2. Drive business leads for the hotel in all revenue generating stream, maximizing revenue opportunities and exceeding the set targets
3. Promoting and managing the brand through formulate effective sales and promotions plan/strategy to enhance long term sales growth
4. Working with advertising agencies to increase traffic and support sales growth
5. Manage online travel agents, such as Traveloka, booking.com, works range from submit applications to OTAs to get our hotels online, manage price, room status, promotions online to boost sales
6. Managing relationship with other agencies, partner and customer.
7. Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
8. Generating new ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business package and other sales and marketing duties
9. Build and strengthen business relationships with existing and new customers to expand business share

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possessed at least Bachelor Degree, from any field
2. At least 3 years experiences of working in the related field is required for this position (Sales & Marketing Hotels)
3. Has good communication and negotiation skill
4. Has good creativity skill to make new campaigns
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Excellent people management skill and strong business sense to drive sales and profits
7. Fluent in spoken and written English (fluent in Mandarin is plus point), familiar with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
