Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • Develop a strategy, sales plan and activities to achieve company targets
  • Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs, so as to provide the best offers and get solutions to customer issues
  • Build and maintain relationship with new potential customers
  • Deliver proposal, make introductory calls, and product presentation intensively
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and website, etc
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Customer relationship management to retain & grow business with existing customers and to drive customer satisfaction by identifying their needs or issues

Qualifications:

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Education minimum High School
  • Proven experienced as a sales at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of laboratory, medical equipment, and Kitchen Equipment business in general, Overseas and Local Market
  • Has strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Has wide networking
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, website traffic, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Good appearance and attitude
  • Have driving license
  •  Interview and placement in Batam
