Job Title: Wholesale A2P SMS Sales Assistant

Role Purpose:

The Wholesale A2P SMS Sales Assistant will play a key support role for the sales team by assisting in acquiring new wholesale A2P SMS customers as well as ensuring high satisfaction and retention of existing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to identify potential new wholesale A2P SMS customers and partners

- Assist account managers in developing pricing proposals and sales presentations for clients

- Provide sales support by processing orders, preparing contracts, and completing administrative tasks

- Maintain updated customer database and CRM system with relevant account details

- Assist with onboarding of new A2P SMS clients including documentation and integration

- Support client retention efforts by promptly addressing requests and issues

- Track campaign performance and work with clients to optimize programs for better ROI

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key wholesale sales metrics and activities

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory issues

Requirements:

- 1-2 years experience in sales support or business development roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Good problem solving skills

- Knowledge of wholesale telecom industry and A2P SMS preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
