We are the SWISS COMPANY specialized electronics manufacturing & injection molding in Batam.

We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows :

NPI MANAGER

Requirement & Responsibility :

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Technical.

• Minimum of 10 (Ten) years in the same field & in Plastic Injection Molding.

• Strong communication skills to relay technical information.

• Expert to analyse supply and demand based on quantities and strict safety protocols throughout product development.

• Efficient and cost-effective manner, costs, expenses, and future profitability.

• Manage implementation and distribution of new products, handling launch aspects and verifying that quality control complies with all project requirements.

• Develop efficient product-designs based on brainstorming with other employees and conduct research based on competition offerings and feedback needs.

• Manage budgets and timeline programs to stay in-line with project requirements and work closely with engineering teams to reach consensus in terms of usability and possible defects.

• Take into account the material and tools needed to produce new products in needs.
