Job Descriptions
- Manage sales data
- Create and always update the list of customers / list buyers
- Support Marketing issues a sales contract or Performance Invoice
- Collect payment or LC to Customer
- Communication with Forwarders for schedule requests and booking space
- Prepare document export for stuffing preparation
- Process supporting export documents, in accordance with standardization or according to LC (if using LC)
- Checking BL, Insurance, COO Issuance, etc. for Document adjustment
- The process of sending the original shp document to the customer, if the shipment uses an LC, the process of sending the original shipping document to the bank
- Filling Documents
