Job Description:

• Develop HR strategies including recruitment, performance management, employee relation
• Develop HR Policy development that maximize the human capital of the organization in accordance with the company’s strategy.
• Develop and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practice that promotes a high standard of performance to achieve the company’s corporate mission and goals.
• Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative.
• Provide high-level advice, guidance and management to the business on full range of employee relations and performance management and industrial relations issues. 
• Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance.
• Preparing payroll report every month.

Requirements:

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR Manager, Bachelor degree in Law or Psychology
• Experience in F&B Industry especially Restaurant at least 3 year(s) (is an advantage)
• Good command in English (oral & written)
• Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability
• Good knowledge about industrial relation, HR, General Affairs, and administration
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations also relevant health and safety laws.
