Lowongan Project Manager di PT Cipta Bangun Nusantara

PT. Cipta Bangun Nusantara is a national independent Company, EPC Contractor, specializing in geothermal exploration and development projects. Currently, we are looking for well experience Project Manager’s with the following requirements:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Lead Project Management Team and construction crews on site in expediting the overall project /construction operation. 
2. Experience also as SALES ENGINEER (to client)
3. Consistently conduct routine site inspection, to assess and or evaluate work progress of the construction works, ensure the construction work perform safely and have adequate resources,
4. Make sure the project / construction works perform or executes in accordance with Contract, meet engineering standards and codes, meet technical specifications, and in line with construction best practice,
5. Maintain good communication and coordination with all levels, internally with Department Team Leaders, such as with HSEQ, SCM, HRD, PGPA, and externally with Client Project and Construction Management Team, Community Leaders, Sub-contractors and suppliers.
6. Manage and control the overall project operations, including costs, schedule, scopes, quality, resources and safety/risks. Maintain zero accident throughout project operation,
7. Actively participate in construction coordination meeting on weekly basis with Client Project Representatives. Highlights construction work progress, resources availability, construction and local issues
8. Consistently implement project management processes, ensure the work performs in accordance to project/ construction execution plan, technical specification and contract.
9. Track work progress, including schedule and cost through ‘S Curve” monitoring, keep the project on tract and within budget,
10. Be available on the project site when needed to motivate, direct and guide the project management team, and lead internal construction coordination meeting as required,
11. Provide the necessary support to the project management team (PMT) working on site, and ensure the project (construction and maintenance works) performs smoothly and successful completion without time lost accidents.
12. Assist the Contractor project management team (PMT) to resolve any outstanding issues, conflict or contract disputes in relating to the Services. Ensure the conflict (should it occurs) can be resolve in timely, effective and efficient,
13. rovide the necessary directions/advises for interpreting project requirements issued by the Company with respect to the engineering and construction as well as project management aspects throughout commissioning of each work package,
14. Perform site visit and field inspection periodically to ensure work is technically being performed in accordance with the available Engineering Standards and Codes as well as construction best practice,
15. Provides responsive professional engineering, technical supports, construction and project management support throughout the project operation
16. Having POP/POM/POU/PMP Certification

QUALIFICATION (S) :

1. University graduates (min. S-1) in the fields of civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and have a good understanding of project and construction management processes, preferably having PMP certified.
2. Have extensive experience with minimum 10 years in handling projects in the field of geothermal and other supporting infrastructure projects. Mastering / understanding at least three (3) software engineering and Microsoft Project to support project operation activities.
3. Have the ability to communicate well in Bahasa Indonesian and English (spoken and written) equivalent to a TOEFL score of 550.
