Job Descriptions :

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, programs, and practices aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
• Establish and maintain effective employee relations programs that promote positive employee morale, motivation, and engagement.
• Collaborate with heads of different departments to create effective KPI to analyze and improve the performance of each departments
• Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in Manufacturing and/or Trading Company environments is a plus.
5. Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and provide insights and recommendations.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
9. Willing to be placed in Jababeka, Cikarang
