Lowongan Engineer Supervisor di PT Yanmar Diesel Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Design Engine parts and create drawing by CAD.
2. Design Bill of material(BOM) and register into EPI.(YANMAR’s BOM and CAD management system).
3. Create evaluation plan and Evaluate engine and engine parts .
4. Judge the test result according to the criteria in evaluation plan.
5. Publish technical document to factory, customer(include marketing and CS) ,supplier.
6. Create a plan to achieve the demand by customer or factory.
7. Educate Unexperienced engineers and other Div. members.
8. Negotiate with other Div. members to achieve target.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES :

1. Age around 25 - 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. Technical product knowledge include CAD operation.
4. Communication and interpersonal skill both internal and external parties
5. Minimum 3 years experience as engineer , preferably in design or testing management only for SPV.
6. Teamwork and eager to learn and support others
7. Problem solving and continuous improvement
8. Fluent in English, Japanese is an advantage
9. Understand technical drawing
10. Ability to objectively organize, logically analyze, and explain data.
11. Creative, proactive, set priority action, result oriented and strong positive mindset.
12. Proficient in MS Office applications ,IT tools and 3D-CAD system (especially CREO,EPI)
13. Proficient in 3D-CAD (especially FEM) and knowledge of measurement of engine testing would be an added advantage
14. Having knowledge of diesel engines (work experience is advantageous)
15. Knowledge of manufacturing technology for parts in the automotive industry (work experience is an advantage)
