Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and high-quality standards.
• Engage with customers, addressing any concerns and feedback to optimize their bar experience.
• Guide bartenders in crafting visually appealing and innovative cocktails.
• Supervise and maintain an organized bar area, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and inventory is managed efficiently.
• Ensure the entire bartender team adheres to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and proper use of the POS system.
• Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, building lasting relationships with regular customers and resolving any issues.
• Coordinate seamlessly with waitstaff and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and timely service.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Supervisor Bartender or a senior role in a bar or similar setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, advanced drink recipes, and current beverage trends.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on team training and development.
• Proficiency in managing a high-paced and high-volume bar environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage the team and interact with customers.
• Keen attention to detail, particularly in overseeing multiple bartenders and ensuring consistent service quality.
• Flexibility to supervise shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A responsible alcohol service certification or similar qualification is highly advantageous.
