Lowongan Corporate Legal di PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, drafting, reviewing and revising various agreements and/or letters;
• Conducting negotiations with customers or vendor for each corporate matters;
• Liaising with external lawyers, notary and/or institution officers;
• Conducting registration of Fiduciary Security, Land Mortgage and other securities;
• Conducting legal analysis or research for corporate matters;
• Ensuring and conducting compliance of company and/or registration of licenses/permits as required, e.g. OSS, Import Permit, Investment Activity Report (LKPM) and others;
• Providing advice regarding ongoing corporate matters and potential risk on corporate matters;
• Monitoring, administering, evaluating, and making periodic report on the corporate matters;
• Keeping and maintaining relevant records;
• Providing advice or explanations to foreign employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law or Master’s degree in law (preferred) from reputable university;
• Having experiences at least 3 (three) years as in house lawyer for corporate matters;
• Having good communication, negotiation, networking and critical thinking skills;
• Having good knowledge in Indonesian regulatory;
• Having good knowledge in merger and acquisition is preferred;
• Able to draft, review and revise bilingual agreements with minimum pages of 30;
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills;
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, honest and hardworking; 
• Have License of Advocate License (Peradi preferred).
