Lowongan Assistant Marketing Manager di PT Happy Pet Indonesia

We are pleased to inform that currently Happy Pet Indonesia is looking for additional team member as Assistant Marketing Manager. The Assistant Marketing Manager role at Happy Pet Indonesia has the main responsibility in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation & Digital Marketing in order to carry out the brand building process and achieve brand awareness of our product in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day brand activities start from giving a fresh idea to executions also implement the brand specific marketing strategy for their respective category.
• Working closely in implement strategy collaboration together with Sales department in order to achieve effective brand activation (marketing events, promotion programs and other marketing-related activities).
• Conduct market analysis, building & assess the data, and to execute through trade marketing activities.
• Establish the strategy, system and execution flow for Brand Activation (mapping, community, event, seminar, etc). 
• Managing the project includes setting the target & budget, and tracking the deliverables.
• Develop and Maintain communication with external related parties including media, associations, agencies, and vendors.
• Responsible in execute & deliver on-time for launch & re-launch of our product together with promotion activities. 
• Responsible for any kind of digital marketing activities.
• Responsible in managing creative team in supporting the operational needs

Qualifications

• Experience minimum 3 years in marketing divisions and experience handling team
• Having experience in FMCG Business is a must
• Willing to do business trip
• Dynamic, Optimist, Hard working, Creative and Fast learner
