Job Description

  • Finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas
  • Maintaining records, resolving client issues, and participating in any required training
  • Demonstration, promote and sell of Products (Online & Offline)
  • Drive and achieve individual sales target in a team environment.
  • Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
  • Provision of exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
  • Proactive engagement to build a regular base of customers.
  • Unhold the company's image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
  • Be proactive at investigating and identifying online retail activities trend, online innovations and revenue opportunities and share this knowledge with your line manager and other department
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Coordinating and execute sales efforts with brand marketing and other team
  • Act as primary point of contact for online and mail order customers, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner
  • Strategize, plan, and execute retention strategies, online-offline sales and feedback analytics reports-all profit orientated
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand image and products
  • Be proactive at investigating and identifying online retail activities trend, online innovations and revenue opportunities and share this knowledge with your line manager and other department
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintaining records, resolving client issues, and participating in any required training

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field
  • Be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Computer proficiency/Tech Savvy
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, promoter experience
  • Able to work retail hours
  • Customer focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated and proactive
  • Good to have understanding of sales/marketing funnel but not a must
  • Excellent communication skills; is friendly, approachable and
  • professional when dealing with customer and staff in person, over the phone or in writing
  • Evidences strong interpersonal and team working skills, able to communicate
