We are looking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Creative and also role a Project Manager to lead our creative team and manage various retail projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies and managing project timelines and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and achieve business objectives.

Job description : 

• Lead the creative direction for our family's product, ensuring that all creative outputs are aligned with the brand's vision and strategy.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that will drive growth and engagement with our target audience.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and other creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage team and timelines for creative projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-departments, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
• Create and oversee the production of all creative materials, including digital, printed, and social media campaigns.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
• Foster a creative and collaborative team culture that encourages experimentation, innovation, and excellence.
• Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as necessary to achieve project objectives and communicate project status to stakeholders, including, management, and team members.

Requirement : 

• Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Passion for the mom, baby and familiy products industry, with a deep understanding of the target customer demographics and behavior.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of creative professionals.
• Highly skilled in graphic design, and visual communication, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, with excellent project planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
