Qualifications :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Education Minimum D3 of Information Technology Majors
• Communicative , time management and problem solving in the field
• Troubleshooting skills: Windows OS, Ms. Office 365, Hardware and software
• Basic skill in Office 365 ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Basic Networking Skill, Mikrotik Server Skill
• Having experience in using any IT help desk ticketing system application
• Having basic knowledge in Wordpress, any programming language, Database, and Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power Automate) will be advantageous
• Preferably domicited in Tangerang ( BSD )
• Willing to travel outside the city ( oftenly travel to Semarang and Surabaya branch )

Responsibilities

• Provide initial problem, determination to the standard application, and assist end-users to determine whether a problem is on hardware, software, database, or network connection(include microtic router and server)
• Liaise with users, resolve technical problem or full request from end-user
• Forward unresolved problem or request to the proper channel of support by contacting the designated party or parties
