the growth of our OEM in selling the four-wheel vehicles (new car)

By the beginning of this year, our Company has also entered

the used car multi brand market, and just recently, we are also entering the

heavy equipment market. With a strong synergy from trusted investors, supported

Indonesia.

Collection Head

Job role:

• Customer payment analysis, tracking & updating daily cash deposits and report
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments & other irregularities
• Review AR aging to ensure align with company’s compliance.
• Set objectives and supervise the accounts receivable team that align AR department’s goals
• Creating progress spreadsheets, Ensure timely collection of payments
• Stay updated on industry and legislative changes to ensure the collector adhere to regulations, laws, and protocols.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have good interpersonal skills as the individual will be required to deal with various level.
• Has background as Collection or Account Receivable team leader minimum 2 - 5 years in Financial Services or Automotive Leasing Company.
• Good communication and negotiation. Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Advance skill in Computer, Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel).
• Able to work under the pressure and conduct deliverable of work done in properly manner.
• Willing to traveling all over Indonesia
