Qualifications :

• 24 – 30 years old
• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or Psychology or Law.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, speaking, listening, writing)
• Coordinate and doing the hiring process (end-to-end) all level, employee contract, regulations, KPI, Performance Appraisal, create job description, compensation & benefit (payroll)
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, psychological test including scoring, coaching
• Strong at Leadership, good communication skill, time management
• Applicants must be willing to work in Malang, East Java.

Job description :

• Responsible for company correspondence
• Dingtalk Administration (Maintenance and Manage Dingtalk system)
• Registration and deactivation of BPJS employees
• Payment of office/warehouse Land and Building Tax (PBB).
• Calculating salary, PPH, and incentives (compensation &benefit)
• Make and extend work contracts (PKWT)
• Recruiting for new employees
• Employee Join-Resign Report
• Employee Data Report
• ESPT Report
• Share Dealer Tax Invoice
