- Responsible to develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase customer engagement on e-commerce platforms; manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed
- Responsible for the overall sales and management of online selling channels
- Develop and maintain effective promotion throughout online selling channels whilst ensuring efficiency
- Ensure target achievement, increasing traffic & sales
- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce opportunities and online shopping trends
QUALIFICATION :
- Minimum diploma degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in the E-Commerce and preferably in Retail Fashion/Grocery industry
- Strong knowledge on E-Commerce Platforms & Marketplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and good team player
- Attention to detail
