Qualification :

-         Have a bachelor’s degree in all major, electrical engineering major is preferred

-         Having knowledge and skills in secretarial and administrative jobs

-         Smart and good analytical

-         Strong communication skill both verbal and written in English is a must

-         Excellent communication skills and good approach on customer

-         Mastering to use of Ms.Office like Word,Excel,power point and Ms.Outlook

Responsibilities:

-      Providing administrative support as needed

-      Participate in both online/on site meeting and making minutes meeting

-      Bill (invoice ) follow up

-      Making daily,weekly and monthly reports

-      Arranging and scheduling appointments meeting and event

-      Handle Owner’s trip including family trip (domestic and internasional)

-      Responsible for filing all office administration documents

-      Controlling stock/inventory and purchasing office equipment for operations

-      Issue invoices to customers and receive invoice from suppliers

-      Managing import orders for customers

-      Responsible for maintenance work with forwarder companies,arrange shipments from & out of office (domestic&internasional)

-      Responsible for office operational expenses (internal & external)

-       Ready to work out of town

-      Ready to work on weekend when needed
