• Understand Engineering KPIs and seek to improve them
• Plan and execute long term strategies that benefit your team and the product stage(s)
• Provide management mentorship
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are executed according to these plans. Lead and manage project teams (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical), ensuring that team members are working collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
• Identify potential project risks, evaluate their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Assign, co-ordinate and review technical work
• Evaluate technical designs and engineering work
• Oversee the preparation of reports

Qualification Needed

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects, including design, development, and implementation.
• Engineering experience in a multi-disciplinary environment and capable of working
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects, including design, development, and implementation.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
