Main Accountabilities:
- Direct and monitor the work of outsourcing parties appointed to carry out cleaning and pest control maintenance as well as garden maintenance in the Mall /Co-working space
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the appointed outsourcing party whether it meets the standards required by management
- Follow up tenant complaints about cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, pests so that the tenant area is clean, safe and comfortable
- Provide training to tenants and outsourced staff on shop front maintenance to improve staff work skills and cleanliness of the tenant area as a measure of the success of the training
- Ensure public facilities, garden are clean, safe, comfortable, and functioning properly so that they are always ready to be used by customers
- Conduct inventory of work equipment and toilet supplies managed by outsourcing and management so that equipment is ready to use and supplies are always available
- Perform Housekeeping administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department such as daily, monthly, yearly work plans
- Ensure the management of building waste is transported and not left by the waste transportation/disposal vendor, and make a waste balance report in accordance with applicable regulations
- Build good relationships with teams, other departments, other divisions, area managers and work partners / outsourcing and / or other relevant agencies / institutions
- Minimum SMK / SMU
- 3 Years as a supervisor in high-rise building management
- Have knowledge of the standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty and comfort in all areas of the building.
- Housekeeping Skill
- Mastering computer programs (MS Office)
- Basic English skills
