Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major
• > 5 years experience in B2B sales for Senior BD Manager position level
• Experience working at Financial Institutions, Digital Solutions, Credit Bureau or Alternative Credit Score Companies
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Bahasa
• Negotiation skills & client relationship management
• Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge of risk management & wide networking in SaaS Business
• Excellent presentation skills, problem solving & analytical mind
• A consultative seller, connecting business problems to Credit Bureau solutions and well understanding of the general procurement process.

Responsibilities :

• Build an active enterprise sales pipeline in a timely manner, consisting of Banks, multifinance companies, fintech leaders, and cooperatives, which cover the target of NOC (Number of Clients) and revenues as set by management
• Execute daily sales of client acquisition and client relationship activities to create continuous progress in the sales pipeline to onboard the clients up to commercial go live.
• Able to independently reach out and present Credit Bureau solutions to senior level/decision makers on the client side
• Cross function coordination with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
• Achieve business targets set by management
