Job description
-Responsible for store sales, operational and generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly
-Responsible for store sales, operational and generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly
-Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation day to day, including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, customer services and visual merchandising
-Â Ensure SOP compliance of all stores and by each staff
-Â Implementing changes and improvements required by the management

-Â Proven Experience in A Head Store / Store Manager role at least 3 years in Fashion Retail
-Â High Level of energy and enthusiasm
-Â Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team who are responsible, passionate and committed
- Fluent in English is Preferable
- Good Knowledge about leading a team & making decision that impact store operation
- Adaptive and Resilient
-Â Available to working shifting, weekend or public holiday.
