Lowongan HEAD CHEF BAKERY di PT Surya Tanjung Jaya

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as bread, cakes, cookies, pies, etc.

- Create new and exciting menus (Product Deveopment)

- Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way

- Engage customer's interest and become a brand ambassador.

- Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends

- Responsible for Food Cost (Food estimation and food requirements).

- Responsible for quality, hygiene, and nutrition.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Max 45 Years old

- Proven experience as Bakery Chef, baker or relevant role. (Experience in pastry would be an advantage)

- Leadership skills to manage the pastry and bakery section, including hiring the right staff and motivating workers in a high-stress environment

- Great attention to detail, creativity and updated trend of bakery / pastry

- Time management skills to deliver orders on schedule and avoiding wasting food

- Great in organizing and leadership skills.

- Certificate in culinary arts, baking , pastry-making or relevant field

- Can work under pressure and multitasking
