Requirements:

• Minimal D3/S1
• 10 years of work experience in materials synthesis of ceramics processing leading R&D teams.
• M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering or Ceramics Engineering.
• Has the ability to manage and overlooks an organization’s research and development department to meet the market and organizational needs.
• Has the ability to supervise research activities, analyze the findings, and make comments on the results.
• Has demonstrated the ability to lead effectively in a team environment.
• Has Fundamental knowledge and experience in ceramics materials development and ceramics processing.
• Has the ability to learn the software engineering and science field.
• Has the ability to handle immense data.
• Has the Communication Skills.
• Has the ability to follow or be able to develop and apply new procedures and strategies.
