Lowongan Project Management Officer (PMO) di PT Tricada Intronik

What will you do ?

• Establishing PMO processes and procedures to improve the overall project management approach within the organization
• Collaborating with the Assistant VP to align all active projects with the company's strategy and reporting project and product status weekly
• Leading product and project management, including eliciting goals, scope, plans, risk management, and deliverables for upper management
• Overseeing the SDLC, including sprints, backlog, and release planning to ensure that milestones and go-live updates are met
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through multiple channels to improve engagement, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Coordinating the development of SOPs, manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents to ensure the successful implementation of new business and projects
• Monitoring and visualizing the overall project schedule, reporting project issues and potential risks to the direct leader

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in project management with a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Strong liaison and influence skills to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading or coordinating projects or taskforces
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning new skills and knowledge
• Critical thinking abilities and the ability to analyze complex information to drive actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, and Google Workspace
