Lowongan Internet Exchange (IX) NOC Engineer di PT Bdx Data Center Indonesia

Job Description

1. Monitor ISP links and troubleshoot & Analyse IX traffic data using IXP manager to resolve day to day trouble ticket & do changes in network for shifting traffic to maintain the SLA and uptime.

2. Closely coordinate internal SOC/ field team to resolve the hardware or Software issue raised

Support customer and optimise routing performance to lowest latency.

3. Evaluate and conduct testing on new tools to enhance route optimisation in Route server, Bird Server & IXP manager.

4. Coordinate with partner to analysis and performance tuning on traffic routing among ISP customers.

6. Create and maintain documentation related to IX network configuration, policies, procedures, and service records as per the standards.

8.Manage the inventory of network devices and ensure its maintenance and regular security / VAPT audits.

9.Provide network audit support, problem determination and troubleshoot network incidents

10.Participate and provide technical support in network implementation projects wherever and whenever required

11.Implementation of network infrastructure for new network POP locations as part of Project.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant field

ISP and IX NOC & Data centre.

2. Minimum 3+ years hand on experience in IXP NOC with  Cisco, Huawei or Arista product, juniper, Aruba, Extreme, H3C

3. Should well conversant Bahasa Indonesian Language & English

3. Configure and install servers, software, routers, and several other networking devices. IXP manager

3. Strong technical knowledge in BGP, L2 switching , L3 routing , OSPF, MPLS, EVPN and , Vxlan,

4. Experience in IX NOC operation with basic troubleshooting method for ISP Peering / IP Transit and Data centre connectivity and its basic operation.

5. Exposure to IP network routing , L2 , L3 networking concept with security knowledge, DDoS deployment, familiar with NetFlow and sFlow VPN / IPsec,

6. Systems administration experience with Linux, Network device configuration Scripting

7. Network related certification CCNA is a must (CCNP/CCIE is a plus).

8. Able to work independently and fast paced environment

9. Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders

10. Proficient in both English and regional coverage

11.Required to provide on-call support occasionally
