- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): TEXTILE, SEWING, PATTERN, FASHION, ADMINISTRATION, MERCHANDISER, ACCURATE
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Conducting production planning, and process in the time manner.
- Able to lead the team and take a control to monitor the production process from the beginning to the end (work order, material release, and product result).
- Have a good understanding for technical things about production machine, and convection
- Have a good relationship with some vendors for convection
- Have a planning for clean out slow moving fabric: product development
- Candidate with background experince in textile convenction company will be proceed
- Job Descriptions:
- Make a coordination for product development with related department.
- Control and monitor the production efficiency and result , incuding for the quality control.
- Fulfill the order from sales or marketing for product procurements.
- Record all the inventory movement for fabric, accessories , and others thing related to raw material for production.
- Should be able to mantain the production cost based on the budget; less variance.
- Completed the production based on target
- Can read technical pack
- Have a deep understanding of BOM and have experience to make BOM
- Can do and understand about measurement
- Have a good knowledge about materials chart order
