We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing relevant technical solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and systems
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows
• Identify areas for improvement and develop technical solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are met
• Communicate with stakeholders regularly to ensure project success
• Create and maintain business requirement document and functional specification document

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Deep understanding and experience with BPMN 2.0
• Ability in general purpose diagram tools
• Experience in business process automation is preferable
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in telecommunication industry is a huge plus
