Lowongan Customer Service Specialist di PT Ola Chat Tech

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to address user issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, ensure that all valid user concerns are being dealt with immediately.

The Customer Service Specialist has several responsibilities :

Responsibilities: 

Content Review

• Review the information submitted by users;
• Review platform information and filter the violation information;
• Collect violation information feedback and to help optimize vocabulary;
• Provide feedback on review issues and assist in optimizing the review process;

Customer Service 

• Respond and answer to users inquiries online;
• Collect and feedback on user suggestions;
• Deal with difficult problems reported by users;
• Handle operational requirements and collect information for online operational activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline;
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience;
• From Livestreaming Industry will be Plus Point
• Fluency in Indonesian and English,
• Proficiency in using office software such as excel, word, etc., with fast typing speed;
• Able to work under pressure, willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, independent, and willing to work on shift hours;
