- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): With aftermarket Sales background , can understand quotation process and be able to deliver the desired results
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
- With Automotive Industry Company backround, understand product technical details
- Good communication skill, can have good communication with all levels, under 4C principles < Clear, Correct,Complete, Consistence >
- Good Presentation skill, can present Technical & product, commercial details before customer sourcing decicion.
- Basic Finance acknowledge, can understand cost stucture and review CAA cost accuracy with site and supplier
- Basic marketing acknowledge, can understand SWOT in different sales channel, segment, competition situation
- Understand local market trend and needs, make proposal to grow wiper sales with all channels
- Good English, additional language of Thai is a plus
- Open characteristics and proactive, strong result and customer orientation.
- Abble to work in Valeo Batam plant and accept frequent business travel, mainly in Asean Area.
