Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Understanding and Responsible to Repair of the Pumps – Refrigeration Equipment – Compressor – Steam Line – Valve – Agitator – Packaging Machine – Conveyor and Automation system
• Controls downtime by managing and performing routine preventative maintenance and operation techniques; monitoring compliance and reporting to supervisor as necessary.
• Manages maintenance of machinery so that it is running as safely as possible. Ensures that all safety features and equipment are always functioning properly.
• Complete major repairs and/or installations to machinery and equipment
• Analyses mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment, planning, and implementing corrective action. Notifies department of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken, and of quality problems or supplies needed.
• Assures preventive maintenance program is conducted on all plant equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Perform welding, cutting and soldering using electric and gas equipment.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; installing, aligning and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, freezers or stairs.
• Reviews the operation of all equipment and line conditions constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate problems, plan future repairs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Carries out small projects assigned by the Supervisor that improve efficiencies, reduce operating cost or improves equipment reliability with or without assistance
• Implement and support food safety quality program (GMP, HACCP, practice sanitation standards)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of qualifications in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment.
• Well Understand in GMP and Food Industry system.
• Minimum 3 years of "hands-on" experience in handling homogenizer, filler, and palletizing machine.
• Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Willing to be placed at Cikande, Serang, Banten
