Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree major in K3 / Kesehatan Lingkungan / Teknik Industri / Teknik Kimia from reputable university.
- Have Ahli K3 Umum Certificate
- Demonstrated strong ability to develop safety, healthy, and environment area
- Having proven experience in HSE and compliance with regulation
- Preferably staff or supervisor in related field with minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Automotive industry with maximum age of 35
- Able to communicate in English both oral & written
Job Description:
- Conduct safety, healthy, and environment audits and on site inspections to identify workplace hazard and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions
- Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence
- Educate and train the organization's workforce of safety, healthy, and environment to ensure that they understand comply with the organization's safety and environment policies or standard
- Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF, Kaizen and 5S program for each job / activity and on responsibility area
