• Managing Indonesia and Malaysia’s operations
• Lead a small team and ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly transactions are processed and books closed in a timely & accurate manner.
• Delivering the reports to the stakeholders (HQ finance team and Management)
• Responsible for internal and statutory financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare/coordinate the audit schedules as needed
• Provide compliance and technical accounting guidance for existing and new products.
• Work closely with the payment operations team and act as a financial advisor to bridge the gap between the operations and accounting team
• Work closely with the Treasury team on working capital management and liquidity management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• At least 10 years of working experience with 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and a solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Have a very good understanding of Financial and Operating system flows and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on in execution and highly proactive.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good to Have: Prior experience in the Tech industry and Big 4 Accounting firms is a plus.
• Prior experience at start-ups is a plus.
