Lowongan Product Specialist di PT Indmira

You will work as a Product Specialist where you will be part of the digital product team (JALA App). You will visit and demonstrate a product to explain  feature, specification, value, benefit and product characteristics in detail to user. In addition, support the team to get the insights and needs from users and customers.   

Job Description : 

• Work closely with all the Technical Sales (TS), Account Executives (AE), and Customer Success Managers (CSM) during the sales process and throughout the customer life cycle
• Mapping customers and leads processes and tools in order to understand how we can connect JALA solutions with their existing process
• Give product knowledge and expertise to all the business teams: new Integrations, upcoming roadmap, APIs use cases, customized workflows.
• Own the front line of technical communication with customers for JALA App
• Assist customers with Pilot and Proof-of-Concept implementations to shorten the implementation cycle.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and present creative new solutions that enable and inspire innovation.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales assistance product education
• Visiting user to give presentation & demonstrate digital products
• Helping user to understand the digital product and assisting them to use the product 
• Helping user to utilize the JALA digital solutions
• Understanding user needs & collaborating with product team to crafting the best solution for users
• Supporting product team in field to get insight and opportunity from user

Requirement : 

• Proven work experience as a Product Specialist, Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Customer Acquisition or similar role.
• Quickly learn new products and new technologies.
• Experience delivering user-focused solutions to user needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence potential users
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with user/customer
• A determined person, curious, initiative, eager to learn, persuasive, and energetic
• Willing to work mobile in the field
