In this role, you will responsible for troubleshooting, resolving major breakdown equipment, analyzing, maintaining, and improving the performance of a group of either Test Testers (Teradyne (Flex, A565, ETS-88), MPS (MMCI), Advantest (V93K) and IPTEST(Mostrak) and including respective Test Sockets and Test Boards and support in equipment spare part management to improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency to drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance and cost improvement.

In your new role, you will:

• Responsible and maintain a group of either Test Testers (Teradyne(Microflex , A565, ETS-88), MPS (MMCI), Advantest (V93K) and IPTEST(Mostrak) including respective Test Socket andTest Board
• Actively support equipment ramp-up and equipment stabilization
• Improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency to drive
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance improvement programs to maintain equipment stability.
• Generate and analyze failure mode analysis on Test hardware (TestTesters, Test Boards, and Test Sockets in order to provide feedback to the hardware developer.
• Support in equipment spare part management.
• Impart equipment knowledge and skill to the shopfloor maintenance team to develop a strong skilled maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment.
• Drive Innovation, Productivity & Quality improvement projects

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing /Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Automated Test Equipment(ATE)
• Proficiency in either following equipment: Teradyne (Microflex ,A565, ETS88), MPS (MMCI), Advantest (V93K) and IPTEST (Mostrak)
• Good experience in semiconductor contact test socket technology and test Board
• Familiar with programming languages eg: Linux, Python, C#, C++, VB, and test data tools (eg: Espresso, CEDA/AMSA, MiniTab) and problem-solving tool usage (eg: 8D, 6Sigma, 5 whys) skills are highly welcome.
• Experience in electrical soldering is an advantage (IPC certifications preferred)
• Strong in data management and analysis.
• Creative problem-solving and presentation skills
• Ability to perform multitasking and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective project management skills for achieving goals and timelines
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills, self-driven, proactive, and high teamwork spirit to collaborate with cross-site counterparts and a multi-cultural environment.
