ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day finance activities (fund placement, disbursement, repayment, and settlement) with complete administration on a daily basis and timely financial closing on a monthly basis.
• Familiar and conversant with the latest Local and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Compile and prepare monthly reporting packages.
• Collaborate with other functions in identifying and resolving any finance issues.
• Develop and establish SOP and promote process- automation to achieve an effective and efficient reporting process.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to serve regulatory and compliance needs (i.e. banks, tax department, an audit by the external financial auditor, an audit by OJK, due diligence, and internal audit).
• Develop, implement and control financial and administrative processes and procedures (ensuring compliance and control).
• Other administrative duties and financial reports as required by management for compliance or regulatory purposes.
• Promote and enhance sound financial practices and compliance with legislative and authoritative requirements across the Company.
• Responsible for the companies’ overall taxation affairs. These include corporate tax, value added tax, withholding tax and customs duties.
• Managing Yearly tax reporting and to ensure tax compliance. This includes formulation of tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant tax legislations.
• Handling and managing tax audits and investigations.
• To research, explore and advice on the available tax strategies in managing tax efficiency.
• To implement and execute the proposed tax strategies as well as tax planning.
• To provide assistance in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. This includes working with various stakeholders and the authorities in establishing the acceptable pricing policies.
• Prepare and present Transfer Pricing documentation on timely basis.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax.
• At least 8+ years of working experience in similar role.
• Experience using ERP System, SAP preferably.
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges.
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills.
