Requirement :

• Bachelor of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Law
• Must have 2 years experiences in same position
• Fluent in English
• Able to work underpressure
• Familiar with manufacturing environment
• Already Booster vaccinated

Skill :

• Have knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong leadership
• In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Understanding of BPJS
• Familiar with ISO
• People oriented and result driven

Job Description :

• Develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Have ability in job analysis, work load analysis, work competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training management
• Have ability in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicator
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Hands on experience in area of personal administration, compensation & benefit, performance management, training & development, and industrial relation
• Familiar handle organization development
• Familiar with employee regulation and prefer having experience practise in labor court (PPHI)
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
