Lowongan Country Logistics Manager di PT Star Shipping Indonesia

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for all the management and activities related to the logistics of containers in & out of Indonesia and ensures the department functions and complies with the companys guidelines and procedures. 

Co-ordinate with Area Logistics to ensure stock balances meet customer demand

Monitor maintenance & repair of containers with the depots 

Follow up on uncleared containers & carry out the necessary unclaimed process with customs for containers to be unstuffed and returned to us promptly  

Verification of vendor invoices and liaising with Finance for settlement 

Ensure logistics cost efficiencies and 

Discuss with depots on performance issues and report to Area Operations, Logistics & Procurement departments accordingly. 

The incumbent will be responsible to manage the team in Indonesia and ensure the relevant KPIs are met.

Requirements :

Previous experience in shipping container equipment logistics and M & R

Minimum 5 years hands on experience in the shipping line in the logistics department

High level of computer literacy/ Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel

Previous experience with import/export shipping, market and customs processes is preferred

Fluent in English both written and spoken

Ability to work towards a deadline and high level of integrity
