Job Description :

• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and SOP procedures.
• Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies.
• Verifies receipts of items by comparing items received item ordered, resolves shipment in error with suppliers.
• Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer.
• Handling, documenting and monitoring all out going goods and delivery from supplier/factory.
• Provide management with selected daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Sourcing, engaging, and negotiating with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• To lead the sourcing team, ensure appropriate support, training, and development to achieve their potential and identify new suppliers and negotiates contracts for the supplies the organization needs.
• Reviewing stock opname report and keep maintain balance stock on zero discrepancy.
• Control purchase budget and compare at least three vendors to support operation option.
• Strategic initiatives to fulfill emergency requests with more effective and efficient for on time delivery to operation team.
• Create category of stocks to become critical, fast moving (*consumable) and reguler maintenance parts.
• Prepares Purchase Order (PO) in accordance with the Purchase Request (PR) for selected material.

Job Requirements:

• 25 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelors degree (Economics/ Agriculture/ Industrial/ Finance or related major and or 5 year experience in procurement, purchasing).
• Good communication & negotiation skills, both oral and written (Bahasa, English, Mandarin is a plus point).
• Computer literate, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Tools (especially Ms Excel, Ms Power Point).
• Detail oriented, structured, and organised, presentation and able to quickly solve issues and execute action plans.
• Problem solver with strong analytical mindset.
• Proactive, persistent and have a good analytical ability.
•  High integrity and attention to details.
• Willing to be based in Pekayon, Bekasi.
