Job description

• Maintaining the ERP system to supporting other business team daily business and create the PO timely
• Coordinate with service providers on daily operations, ad hoc delivery and service requirements, and any situational issues that require prompt resolution.
• Manage inventory stock records and forecasts to ensure accurate movement of products and healthy inventory levels.
• To maintain a good record system where past and present delivery activities can be easily retrieved and Prepare weekly inventory, shipment reports and other updates for management.
• Oversee operational costs and negotiate with transportation companies over rates and service levels.
• Review logistics and deliveries processes and procedures; identifies, recommends and implements improvement to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing operational related costs.
• Analyze and ensure cost competitiveness and perform business development for potential alternative opportunities.
• Act as point of contact for logistics integration
• Assist with ad hoc tasks where required.

Requirements

• Min 5 years experiences and background in a) supply chain management, including planning, operations management, process and systems improvement; and b) shipping and logistics handling
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with different levels of people.
• Detail oriented, self-driven, flexible to changes and ability to contribute ideas to address operation issues.
• Able to write and speak well in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, mandarin will be an additional
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with intermediate skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup) and Powerpoint
