Job Requirements

• Master Degree (S2) in Psychology / Management from reputable University
• Preferably having minimum 3 years experiences in managerial level
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient in English (Verbal and written communication abilities)
