We are a growing mineral (lime) processing company, located in Padalarang, Kab. Bandung Barat, urgently need highly motivated and talented people to be part of our team for the following positions:

ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer and Key Account Management
• Pricing
• Sales Strategy
• Realize growth
• Support E2E supply chain
• Safeguard competitiveness

Qualification:

• Age max. 45 years old
• S1 Chemical Engineering, Marketing Management and other related discipline with sales skill
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales in a medium up size company (fresh graduate are welcome as sales management trainee)
• Willing to travel frequently to visit customer mostly in Java Island
• Teamwork, discipline and able to handle full spectrum of Sales activities i.e.: sales planning, Customer relationship, market & competitor analysis, customer/market development, pricing set up & negotiation, collection support etc. in order to achieve sales target.
• Domicile in Bandung, Cimahi and Padalarang area is preferable.
